Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing can take slightly longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an address requires verification.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, and route. International transit commonly takes around 7 to 20 business days after dispatch, although remote destinations, customs processing, or carrier delays can take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. You can also use your tracking number on our Track Your Order page. A newly issued tracking number can take a little time to show its first scan.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Depending on the destination, local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply. Unless they are collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed or missing packages

Carrier scans and customs can occasionally delay a shipment. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate the shipment.
